The 2011 season ended in a good, almost perfect way. At the final race of the season, the European Finals at Santa Pod, Karl managed to go all the way to the final!! Also he set a personal best of the year 7,19 sec. which was a very good way to end this season.

They are one of the new companies that signed up for the 2012 contingency program on recommendation from one of their Scandinavian partners. We got in contact with Peter Miller, President of Transmission Specialties to find out more about this to many already well-known company!

Since we started the Speedgroup Contingency Program three years ago we have had a fantastic response from our Contingency Partners and from the racers. As usual the BILSPORT Performance & Custom Motor Show was well visited during the Easter weekend. This year was a bit extraordinary as the BILSPORT magazine celebrate 50 years. So this show was a bit of a journey from the start 1962 until today.

It has attracted tremendous interest and rasied a lot of feelings from teams and organizers all over Europe over the winter. 27 events at 17 tracks in 7 countries. We have summarized what the new EDRS European Drag Racing Series is all about!
