Noah Stutz
Already for many years, the NitrOlympX is the most important race for Urs Erbacher and his team, as it’s their home race not far away from home base Switzerland. This year it’s even more special as Erbacher Racing will field two Top Fuelers, one of course for owner and multiple FIA European champion Urs Erbacher himself, but also a car for Noah Stutz, the 18-years-old rookie who will make his Top Fuel debut at the Rico Anthes Quartermile.

2 x Norbert
One + one makes three. If that’s correct, within a few seasons Kuno Racing might become the strongest European Pro Modified team. As after owner Norbert Kuno, with Norbert Schneider a second Norbert joint the German Pro Mod team and with two Lucas Oil Dodge Avengers, the two Norberts are the only real two-car Pro Mod team in Europe.

New roles in the R/T team The Ernryd/Lindström trailer showed up at Tierp Arena and summer Nationals last weekend, and probably the most of us was thinking that Thomas was having a test & tune weekend. But that wasn’t the case!

Simon Gustafsson
Super Simon changes class Even though he´s at the top of his class in EDRS Super Street, Simon decided to risk points to complete his drivers license for the FIA Pro Stock class. Simon Gustafsson has been racing in the Super Street class since 2010, and with great success. He has also beaten his uncle, Christer Gustafsson, who´s not easy to conquer.

Summer Nats Tierp Arena
Sweden´s Tierp Arena hosted the Summer Nats on July 26-28th. This weekend finally, showed this swedish summer at it´s best, with very warm weather and lots of sunshine. Maybe not the best circumstances for running good ET´s , but the audience was still pleased with 5 qualification runs during Friday/Saturday and tight eliminations on Sunday.

EDRS Drachten
Mid July is the traditional date for the Quartermile Internationals at Dragstrip Drachten. Almost perfect conditions this time in Drachten for the second round of the Dutch Open Drag Racing Championship and the EDRS European Drag Racing Series. So, many happy racers and spectators at Holland’s only non-permanent dragstrip, as many runs could be made, good numbers showed up on the score boards and racing was extremely close.
