Twin Top Fuel Bike Preview
Loud, fast and exciting, that’s Super Twin! A favourite is hard to predict. In Hungary, Job Heezen took the win and Hans Olav Olstad was runner-up. This duo also showed good form in qualifying so could rate among the title favourites this year.
The 2009 Super Twin title went to Per Bengtsson but Switzerland’s Lorenz Stäuble, of the Urs Erbacher team, will battle to get his number one back. Bengtsson can’t make it to all this season’s races so a title defence is impossible for the Swede.

Super Twin Top Fuel Bike

Job Heezen and Hans Olav Olstad want to improve on their number three and four positions. They have already shown their capabilities in Hungary so don’t be surprised to see them in the Main Event final too. Svein Olav Rolfstad missed Hungary so will have to score points in England to keep his championship hopes alive. And keep your eyes on Roel Koedam. Last season was a learning year with the all-new Zodiac turbocharged machine. At the Easter Thunderball and at Kunmadaras the bike began to show its potential. This machine could set new standards.
