At the Main Event Gert-Jan Laseur surprised with his speed and his two holeshot wins. The Dutchman lost in the final but is back for more. The same can be said for the ever-improving Anders Abrahamsson and the Veidec teammates Kenneth Vik, Stavros Svrachnos and new kid Kalle Lyren.
Pro Stock Bike Preview
In Pro Stock Bike, reigning champion Ulf Ögge has had a perfect season so far. The Swede won in Hungary and at Santa Pod but his victory margins were narrow and at least five riders have the speed to win.
Fredrik Fredlund had mechanical problems in England but will be back trying to win his first race of the season. Making her first European appearance of the season is Gabriella Nikolovska while Finland’s Timo Savolainen will debut his new Suzuki.
