Before the season Norway has adjusted the rules in both car and bike to fit the EDRS class rules. Then you can attend in both EDRS and the Norwegian Championship at the same time.

Norway is very optimistic to the development, and is very satisfied with the work Speedgroup does for the European Dragracing. At Summer Nat´s there was close to 150 teams attending. The sun was shining and we manage to hold 9 qualifications rounds in 2 days. Sunday it was eliminations and NDRG would like to thank all teams who attended, and congratulations to all winners!


Bjørn Fristrøm, in the Super Street Bike Class enjoyed Gardermoen Raceway very well. He set several personal records and will be back for the Sunoco Drag Challenge. At Summer Nat´s he went back to Sweden as a runner-up and a goblet.

Swedish Super Gas racer Håkan Mattson
won the class and had only good words to say about Summer Nat´s. He is sure he will be back at Sunoco Drag Challenge.

UPCOMING AT GARDERMOEN;

SUNOCO DRAG CHALLENGE 2nd – 4th of August 2013

The 2nd - 4th of August it`s Sunoco Drag Challenge 2013 at Gardermoen Raceway.

This round including the same classes as Summer Nat´s and in addition it also will be Top Doorslammer, Funny Bike and Nordic Round in Super Twin Top Fuel Bike. We will also see Stock/Super Stock cars and exhibition of FIA car classes.

We in Norwegian Dragracing are excited, and wishes teams from all over Europe a warm welcome to the most spectacular drag race event in Norway 2013.
