In all the team attend around 60 events a year Micke is the the driver in Europe whose team is out on the biggest number of activites for sponsors, and on an all year round basis. Summer time is about bringing guests to the drag racing and circuit racing arenas, while spring, fall and winter is about  roads shows and major exhibitions. And sponsors tend to stay with the team Kågered Racing team long-term. Main sponsor Bacho Tools is one of them and they use Micke and his operation frequently in marketing and customer related activities. A fact that prove what great value a team can bring to their sponsors, more often referred to as  business partners, which is in reality what they are.

During the Sweden Internationals at Tierp Arena the circuit racing part of the Kågered Racing crew joined Micke and the drag racing crew.

The two talented young drivers of the V8 Thunder Cars Series team (formerly Camaro Cup), brothers Jocke and Andreas Ahlberg, with that attended their first drag race, and they were very tense and excited to see and hear what happened at the track.

New experience for the circuit drivers..
-    It’s nothing like what we are used to, said the guys. But it was a great weekend and we are sure going to be back again.

Jocke and Andreas each drive a V8 Thunder Car at circuits around Sweden for the third season 2013. One car is owned by the Ahlberg brothers themselves, while the other one is Micke´s (successfully driven by Andreas Ahlberg). It is the first year they are in co-operation with Team Kågered and they hope the co-operation will continue to work in the good way it started also for the future. 

Micke, himself, did rent one of Rune Fjelds Top Fuel cars at the Sweden Internationals. The opportunity came up when Risto Poutiainen cancelled his participation and it was a good chance for Micke to test another car.

But his own Top Fuel dragster was ready in the trailer, just in case. Micke will go back operating his own Top Fuel Dragster at the FHRA Nitro Nationals July 4-7th at Alastaro FINLAND.

And the week after it is time for a new V8 Thunder Car race.. Micke and truck driver Kent "Gotland" Carlsson who attends both the drag races and circuit races has no problems filling the calendar this season..
