ÅK: Can you tell a bit about how the preparations are preceding for the first event the EDRS Nationals May 11-12th?
EC:
We have had a persistent winter at Tierp Arena, so on March 25 we began
to remove 130 cm of snow on the entire arena, whose surface is 165
acres, so the facility staff should have a huge praise for their
effort! We are now working to prepare our race track and complete all
the administration for our first race 11th-12th of May.

ÅK: The organization changed over the winter, would you like to mention anything about that?
EC:
We realized during the season 2012 that we needed to streamline the
workforce and our work before the season 2013 to be able to develop
Tierp Arena.
Lars Erik Lindberg has taken a clearer role as CEO, and I have now a broader responsibility for our operations as Chief Operation Officer for the arena.
Patrik Larsson has returned as Press Officer and Henrik Modigh has joined Tierp Arena, together with Jonas Karlberg, as a Seller.
Helena Anderstedt began working as a Financial Manager during the season 2012. Markku Pellonpää is responsible for the construction and restoration of the facility before and after the various events. Per Eriksson has continued responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the arena.
