Adam Flamholc has made his mind up!
Pro Mod racer Adam Flamholc have his hands full, having spend the season 2012 and beginning of 2013 running in the ADRL series in the US. A while back the plan was to ship the Pro Mod car back to Europe and on addition compete in the methanol funny car class. After success and leading the ADRL, plans changed.. Lena Perés got a few words with Adam.
- After deep discussions with the sponsors and team, Adam decided to continue the Pro Mod racing in ADRL as they have a leading position in the series.

Adam is looking forward to a hard and tight 2013 season. Eight race weekends in nine weeks split between USA and Europe this summer. How are You going to manage?

-    It’s going to be tuough, but as I´m in a leading position now in ADRL and my sponsors are backing me up, I have to take the chance. The car is working so well now also. Mostly it’s just me and maybe one team member who are going over to races, as I have two guys, Mike and John, over there who helps us.

At the time for the interview Adam was still in US, but heading home for a test race with the methanol funny car at Malmoe Raceway (which resulted in a best of 4.08 sec/233 km with a 60-foot of 0.93 sec over the 1/8 mile).

The next race in US is in Cordova, Illinois the weekend before Main Event, UK which is the first round in FIA the FIA championship at Santa Pod Raceway and where Adam is entered in Top Methanol Funny Car, along with among others brothers Jonnie and Johan Lindberg who will both be swithing fully from Pro Mod to Methanol Funny Car this season. We will eagerly follow the performance from team MMR/Hurst Boiler with driver Adam Flamholc over the season.

We wish Adam and team good luck with the busiest season ever, we can presume!
