’It was a hard decision, but we simply do not have the funding to race in the US. Racing with some of the best teams in the world takes a lot of money, and if you haven’t got that, there is no point in even trying. That is one lesson we have learned the hard way’, states Karsten & Per Andersen.

And seeing the low ET’s and the reduction in number of competitors from this seasons first races, clearly tell the same story, no doubt about that.

This decision means that the fastest race car in Europe actually will be back in Europe in due time for the European Championship 2012. And what is even more important is, that the seat is free.

Returning to Europe FIA Top Fuel Dragster - Andersen Racing Denmark based Andersen Racing has decided to pack down all their gear, and ship the race car back to Europe after having particpated in a few overseas races late 2011.. ’It was a hard decision, but we simply do not have the funding to race in the US.
