29th LINDE OPEN  
Linde Open is one of the oldest annual races in Sweden, running the sportsmanclasses since the mid 90´s. The first 25 years was driven on a narrow industrial road, but since 2009 it´s moved to new built industrial road , which is more made for dragracing concerning width and length. Many of the EDRS racers showed up in the tiny pit area and received no less than six qualification rounds on Saturday and two more testruns before elimination on Sunday.
Stock/Super Stock: 10 teams showed up at this event which  was also one of the events for the Swedish Championship. Points  leader in both series (SM and Div Central), Uffe Edwardsson took the 1 spot and also the total win of the weekend after defeating rookie Robin Westlin in the final in his second race ever.

Super Comp:  Eight teams filling up the ladder including the teams fighting for the lead in Div. Central. In the very last run of Saturday, Johanna Granholm made a perfect 5,7000 making her No 1 qualifier , but in the end of the elimination there was a replay of last weeks final at Gardermoen. Mikael Nilsson vs. Robin Norén . This time to Mikael´s favour. Mikael still in the lead of Div. Central ,chased by Robin.

Super  Gas: 11 qualified teams this time with Håkan “Strawhatt” Mattsson as No 1 with a 6,300, gaining him 20 p bonus points. The final was between Bosse Hall and Per Ivar Andersson. Bosse top eliminator and now in the lead of Div. Central, just 34 p ahead of Mattsson.

Super Street: Unusual small field at Linde Open with just 5 contenders. Tomas Hägg 1st qualifier and winner and also in the lead of Div. North. Runner-up , Mauri Kamppinen chasing Christer Gustafsson in the lead for Div. Central.

Pro ET: Torbjörn Låås made a perfect run, just 0,0005 over his dial in. He stood up all the way to the final where he won over Stefan Jansson  in the 18 teams strong field. Anders Edin still in the lead of Div. Central before the finals at Hultsfred this weekend with Ulf Axelsson chasing him for the championship.

Jr Dragster: 25 qualifiers in this event which is also a part of the Swedish Championship. Angelica Larsson hit the first spot with a 0,0015 reaction time before Agnes Eriksson´s 0,0016… Angelica stayed in the ladder to the semifinals where she lost against Balder Poolsaar. Top Eliminator was Simon Brusén this time and he moved up to 9th place in the Div Central.

Super Comp Bike 8,5:  Seven bikes in the 8-ladder with Bert Nilsen at the top (5,509). He also won the final against Tage Olsson.  Bert in the lead of Div. Central. Tage second place in Div. North behind Peter Svensson.
