We asked Emelie to put together some useful information for the teams and spectators that are visiting the new Tierp Arena venue during the Sweden Internationals june 9th-12th and here is what she wished to share:

Below you will find important information for your stay at Tierp Arena and Tierp City.

After Race Party

Tierp Arena is inviting you and your team to an after race party at Tierp Arena, Sunday 12th of June. The party will be offering buffet and drinks and include live music, disc jockey and mingle

The price for participating at the party is 250 SEK per person and the price includes buffet and a beer or a glass of wine. Registration for participating will be made to Emelie Carlswärd at emelie@tierparena.com
or +46 70 83 57 33 alternative to Emelie when you arrive to the track. The payment for participating will be done in the secretary at the track after you have registered your interest to Emelie.

Parking and Laundry

Tierp Arena are offering fully-secured long-term parking to the teams in the gap between the Sweden Internationals at Tierp Arena at Tierp on 9th-12th of June and the Nitro Nationals at Alastaro Circuit in Finland on 30th of June – 3rd of July. To make this parking service even more valuable, we have signed an agreement with the local laundry service company, Tierps Tvätten, who will take care of the team clothing and anything else which the teams would like to have laundered. If you are interested in leaving your rig and laundry at Tierp Arena in June, please e-mail racingservice@tierparena.com

Food Order

Tierp Arena has done an agreement with our caterer so that all teams that are racing during Sweden Internationals 9th-12th of June will be able to order food (such as breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee) and get it delivered to the track.

Ordering ;food can be done in two ways:

1. Directly by the website. Remember that the order must be done before 11.00 a.m. the day before to receive the delivery next day.

Tierp Arena live concert

Tierp Arena will have a concert with Airport Impressions on stage at Saturday 11th of June and you are all welcome to this happening which will take place on the big stage next to our restaurant tent.

Sanitary Facilities

If all goes according to plan, Tierp Arena will have the following numbers of permanent facilities complete for the Sweden Internationals 9-12th of June:

In addition to the permanent facilities we will have booths and trailers with the following range:

5 toilet booths with eight toilets in each, which means the total of 50 toilets and 2 handicap toilets

1 Urinals booth

1 Toilet trailer with the total of 10 toilets

1 Shower trailer with the total of 10 showers
