FIA Top Methanol Dragster:
9 teams entered for an 8 car elimination ladder
Notes: skilled and well reputed teams all the way down the entry list in this class. Peter Schöfer from Germany did not run at the previous event in the UK but joins now. The top teams will chase the event win as well as ET:s in the 5.20 sec range.

FIA Top Methanol Funny Car:
9 teams entered for an 8 car elimination ladder
Notes: Former European champions Leif Andréasson and Ulf Leanders back in European competition after a year off. Leanders run a a personal best ET in the UK last event while Andréasson was super fast during tests at Tierp Arena earlier in May. They will be challenged by 2010 champion Dan Larsen,  Denmark who enters this event driving for team Micke Larsson from Sweden. Click the link to read more!

Top Methanol preview by Dave Alexander

FIA Pro Modified:
31 teams entered for a 16 car elimination ladder
Notes:  Several Swedish teams add to the number of participants in the class, including ex-Top Fuel champion Håkan Nilsson and ex-Pro Stock champion Niclas Andersson. Both are found in Pro Mod since a number of years and are very skilled drivers. All drivers that are to be involved in the battle for the European Pro Mod champion title will be on track at this event. One lady in the class, skilled ex-top fuel driver Linda Thun from Norway, who is part of a two car team operation run by Urban Johansson Sweden. Click the link to read more!

Notes: Swede Ulf Wagnhester makes a comeback in the class and is driving for Samantha Racing. Thomas Lindström aslo Sweden  young and promising driver who switched from sportsman racing to Pro Stock this season. We guess it is Ålund vs Malmgren in the battle for low ET in the class.

Notes: European champion Petri Paljakka from Finland is expected to be added as a late entry (making it 6 teams).
