Johan and Jonnie in Pro Mod and TMFC

2 cars for Johan and Jonnie Lindberg
The Lindberg Bros have had two fantastic seasons among the elite in European drag racing. They have clearly formed a winning recipe, and the results is more than impressing. European Champions, lot’s of beaten records and prestigious awards. But nothing is so good, that it can’t get even better.
It’s time for the New Generation to move on yet again.
New Car

During the years many have asked crew chief Jonnie Lindberg... “Don’t you also want to sit behind the steering wheel?”. The answer has most of the times been just a silent smile. Nobody really knew what that smile meant, but now we are about to know for sure. For the season of 2012 the team recently announced that Jonnie will take place in the cockpit  of a race car. And not just any car.

–We actually got our hands on Fast Freddy (Fredrik Fagerstöm) former Methanol Funny Car. The very same that he won the European Championship with in 2007! Jonnie says. The car has previously been in the care of 2011 Top Fuel Champion Urs Erbacher and will provide a great addition to the Methanol Funny Car Class.

New Home

The Lindberg Bros website has since the first seasons in national drag racing been very popular, and it has during the last years grown to be one of the most visited in the business.
But as said earlier, nothing is so good, that it can’t get even better. The new website will provide more of everything and it’s now fully integrated with all the modern social medias.

Classic Rock’n’Roll

When so many things are changing, it’s nice to have something stable to lean back on. Besides the racing, music is a huge part of Johan and Jonnies lives. And in the beginning of December, they got out of the garage to visit a Motörhead concert. –This kind of music gives me shivers of joy, Johan says.
