Bryce spent a lot of time in Europe the race season 2011, and contributed to Pro Stock Bike champion Jespet Thiels and team collegue Rasmus Olesens success.

George Bryce traveled throughout Europe with 2011 European Pro Stock Motorcycle Championship Team, Sovereign Racing, as the team’s coach and chief tuner. Sovereign won the 2011 championship on two Star Racing-prepared, S&S powered American V-twins.
