
The Exhaust Coating.de Shootout Challenge at the European Finals is open for the top 8 drivers that has been determinded by the total qualifying points earned at 4 previous FIA European Championship events.
The points standings form the base for the shooutout elimination ladder that will be in effect at the European Final. The shooutout eliminations are planned for qualifications sessions #2 friday (=shootout quarter finals), session #3 saturday (=shootout semi-finals) and session #4 saturday (=shooutout final)
Qualification session #1 friday will be left out of the shootout in order to give the teams a chance to find a working baseline setup.
The Exhaust Coating.de Shootout Challenge winner swalks away with €2000 while the runner-up receives €500
The awards are planned to be presented directly after the shootout final
Please note, Adam Flamholc who is number 5 in the points standings will not be on site for the European Finals. The first alternate driver in the points standings enterered for the event is Robert Joosten, who will have the opportunity to take Flamholc´s place in the ladder and face Johan Lindberg in the quarter finals.
